What do you know about Digital Diary in School Management Software?

Educational Management System configures the daily activities done by the student in each period. Management sends the daily diary of the students to their respective parents through mail.

This is one-time setup. Once the setup is done, then automatically mail will be sent to the parents. This is done after configuring the student activity and behaviour details using Digital Diary screen.

EduSys provides the user to setup the information as curriculum wise. Can also send the notification of absentees’ students to their respective parents through mail. Once the setup is done, then after entering information of students. Then the mail will be send to the parents with specific details.

Details such as Student name, section, activities, behaviour, homework, assignments, etc. can be seen by the parents in mail.

Just on checking the checkbox and setting the time with respect to the curriculum, at that time, the mail will be sent to the parents.

The mail will be sent to the parents only at once in a day. Modifications can be 

done in the digital diary screen at any time. Can clear the information which you have entered before save.

Staff will enter the information of a student activity and homework if given in the class of the period. After completion of this only, the branch admin will modify the time and check the box according to curriculum and save. Then the details like activity, homework, assignments, etc. of a student will be send to all the parents with respect to their children.

The mail will be sent to the parents if and only if they are opted for Email. Or else the mail won’t be seen by the parents.

The information of the students will be entered in Digital diary only after configuring the Timetable.

Staff can take subject wise attendance of the students and assign the activity, homework, assignments, etc.
